Treat Amazon employees better. I knocked on the leasing office door from inside, and you clearly heard me. I watched you shut the door and act like you couldn't hear. That experience alone would put me off renting from you if I were looking for an apartment.

I've lived here for a year and have nothing bad to say about the complex. I'm moving because I'm buying a property. It's quiet and feels safe, and maintenance requests get handled the next day. The hallways are cleaned about once a month. Pets are allowed, but the building stays very clean. The gate never broke down during my entire year here.

The apartments are nice for the price, and the community is mostly quiet, but management has been no help. My packages have been stolen twice, and the only answer I got was to contact the company that shipped them. I've also had a bad gnat problem and requested service, but nothing happened. I regret renewing my lease and will leave as soon as I can. The gated community hasn't kept vehicles from being broken into. Several were hit in one night. The apartments and community have gone downhill, and the noise is awful. Floorboards squeak, and loud neighbors have made my light fixtures shake. I've complained several times, but nothing has been done. Don't rent here.

Since Sentinel took over management, this place hasn't been the wonderful home it used to be. The elevators are always out of service. I've also dealt with exposed nails, leaking windows, and moisture problems. These issues go back to 2024. A company inspected the windows and said four of the six needed replacing, but that still hasn't been resolved. They tell us to call for help, but when we do, the office is busy or says they'll get back to us. They never do. Don't move here if you want a quality living experience. This management company is a joke.
