Adventure Inn Durango

Our family of 10 booked three rooms for a Polar Express Train weekend, and everything was clean and well kept. The care and attention to detail made the stay feel special. The price was amazing for what we got, and the quality is hard to beat. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it. Thanks so much!

Traveling with my disability is hard, and I often have to contact hotels or hosts to ask about their cleaning practices. I know they're not required by law to provide that information, but in ten years only two places have refused to help with this basic question. With no answer, I can't book, and it feels like being shut out of staying there. I only asked what laundry detergent they use for the sheets and towels. The person on the phone yelled at me and treated me terribly. If the front desk didn't know, they could have checked with housekeeping, even if the answer wasn't what I hoped for. I had no other questions or comments. If you're allergic to scented or chemical fragrances, save yourself the call and the upset afterward.

We needed somewhere to stay for a few nights because of a plumbing problem at home, and chose Adventure Inn after seeing its strong reviews. The room was clean and updated, and the nightly price was very competitive for the area. Restaurants and coffee, including Durango Joes, are within walking distance. The value matched the reviews, and we were very happy with our stay.

The King room was spacious and had a beautiful modern look. We were only in town overnight and got held up at an event, but check-in went smoothly. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back.
