Luxury Piedmont Heights Apartments

I had a great experience living here for a little over two years. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, and out of the many communities in the area where I’ve lived, this one is by far the best. I only left because I was moving away from Atlanta. The whole team deserves credit. Maintenance requests were always handled the same day. Amanda, the property manager, did a wonderful job keeping residents updated about what was going on in the community, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for my time here!

Everyone has been quick to help with the little things, from fetching something in the mailroom to explaining how to get to the bike room or sky deck. We moved in about a month ago and are really happy here. Julian showed us around first, then stayed helpful through the move, even bringing our keys and fob over by hand on a hectic day when we were parked across the complex. We’re looking forward to the rest of the lease and hope to stay longer.

We booked a tour at the last minute and Quin was happy to fit us in. She showed us several apartments and the amenities, and explained everything in detail. Such a great attitude. We hope to see her again :)
