InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - West Midtown

The water leak and mold tell you plenty about this place. One of the maintenance or plumbing workers came in and mentioned the mold in the damaged rooms. Tina said she didn't have money to pay him to fix them. I wouldn't stay at the intown suites midtown Atlanta. I worry you'll wake up with bed bugs and roach bites. Tina, the general manager, needs to be reported. I booked a Deluxe Queen with a sofa bed, but the room Tina sent me to, room 215, had no sofa sleeper. It had leftover food around the stove and roaches, too. When I went back, Tina was nowhere around. Another woman politely told me it was the only room available. Tina came out later chewing on a cheeseburger and said I could cancel, but would still owe a cancellation fee. Tina had a terrible attitude and her customer service was awful and unprofessional. I feel bad for the staff.

I have to take back my original 4-star rating. I had an altercation with Tina, who became irate, threatened to remove me, and called the police. I don't think she followed proper protocol, and the situation escalated. I've filed a formal complaint and hope customer complaints are taken seriously. Be wary of the surveillance. Bring your own dishes, towels, and toiletries. The washing machines won't work unless you have coins. Room service never cleaned my room even once, and the hot water was off all day before I left and the following morning. Shady, unprofessional, and retaliatory. Ms. Juanita deserves five stars, though, and I'd only take one star off for minor inconveniences.

Juanita on the management team was just awesome and always ready to help. Christina, our housekeeper, kept the room really clean. We appreciated them both.

The front desk woman was so rude and unhelpful that I ended up booking at another location. I tried to get a room two nights in a row. On the first night she said there were no rooms, even though the reservation line showed five available. She said the office closed at 5, and the reservation line had to call to get an answer. On the second night I had a reservation, but she acted like she didn't want to help me get checked in. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I told friends and family about it, and they'd had terrible interactions with her too. People are already dealing with enough without having to face someone's attitude when they just need a place to stay. I wrote a review about the same thing a couple of months ago, and the interactions were still just as bad months later.
