We enjoyed our recent stay, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn’t get everyone’s names, but Jamie and Logan deserve a shout-out for their assistance. The rooms are beautiful, with plenty of bathroom space, and the location is ideal. A few things got in the way, though. Room service came once just after check-in and never returned. Maybe our timing was part of it, but we were out most of the visit, so the trash piled up. The mini fridge also never seems to keep cooling properly. The power went out twice in our room during the first hour. Two engineers told us the hotel has a known problem with overly sensitive outlets, and that we couldn’t plug in more than two devices at once. That’s a real problem, and the property should invest in fixing it. Addressing these issues would make an already enjoyable stay much better.

Jael was an amazing bartender, and the drinks were fire. Tia’s hospitality was on point, and Brice was genuine with great people skills. Jailan, the supervisor, was next level with customer service and had a lot of humility. Chef Lorenzo knows his way around the grill and gave excellent service. The whole experience was excellent, with total professionals and a really relaxed atmosphere. Keep up the great work.

Breakfast was pretty average, and the buffet was closed on two occasions when I went. Once, I ordered one pastry that was listed as available, but the waiter brought out a whole basket. I assumed the full basket would be charged, so I politely turned it down and asked for just the one I’d ordered. The first night was spent at a different hotel because, after I’d waited about 15 minutes to check in, staff told me they couldn’t provide the room I’d booked. I came back the next day and queued for another 15 minutes, then waited an extra 15 at reception while they tried to sort it out. It took about 30 minutes in all before I could get into my room. The room was missing things I’d normally expect, like hygiene kits, slippers, and anything in the fridge. Staff pointed out that Wi-Fi was complimentary, which I appreciated, though it seemed surprising given the other hassles. Speaking from my experience traveling in Europe, this stay was challenging and less comfortable than I’d hoped.

Marquis at the front desk was friendly, informative, and courteous from check-in through checkout, and helped whenever we needed anything. We also had a great meal at Nest on Four on our second night. The food was delicious, and our server Adi was kind and attentive. We’ll stay there again for Momocon next year!
