Brick Street Hotel

We had everything we needed for one night, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The place has a unique, almost Airbnb feel. Parking was right outside the entrance, which made things easy. We stopped at the restaurant for a drink and live music. The owner of the hotel and restaurant came over to introduce himself and ask how our stay was going. We'll keep this place in mind for future visits.

The owners have put a lot of thought and love into the building. It's stylish, super clean, and has a great vibe and location. I loved the amazing shower, and the bed was phenomenal. A wonderful stay.

The room felt luxurious and the price seemed very reasonable. We were happy with everything from booking through checkout. Great choice for a romantic weekend away, and don't miss the restaurant downstairs!

The room itself was nice, but there was dirt on the floors. I couldn't walk barefoot without getting it on my feet, which was especially annoying after a shower when I was heading to bed. You can hear cars going by right outside the window, too, since the hotel is on the main road downtown. The heater was the biggest problem. It sounded like a dishwasher running, and whenever it kicked on its digital display lit up the whole room. It's mounted high above the bed, shining right into your eyes, and you can't cover it. There was also ice on the sidewalk, and ownership didn't address it. The only ice-free section was a small path that didn't help when we walked to the room or brought our luggage in. It made us uneasy, and honestly seemed like it could lead to a lawsuit. I'd look elsewhere.
