While we were out at our daughter’s dance competition, workers entered our room and left the door propped wide open, with all our belongings unsecured for who knows how long. I told the front desk, and they couldn’t have cared less. The staff tend to be rude. The valet chastised me for not immediately giving the PIN during a chaotic curbside arrival. Don’t expect Titanium level hospitality here.

A great experience all around. The rooms have been newly updated, the location is great, and the staff are extremely friendly. I think G.M. Susan was flirting with me, since she upgraded me to a corner king at no charge.

This is our go-to when we stay in the RDU area. The staff are always kind and caring, and we’ve never had problems during construction. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the amenities are nice, and we’ve always had an excellent stay.

The room was nice and clean, and the location was good. I checked in late, and the gentleman at the front desk had attentive, positive energy. The bathroom was disappointing, though. There were disturbing bubbles in the ceiling over the bath and shower, clearly from the bathroom above. It looked kind of nasty. I was only there one night, and the rest of the room was clean. They told me showers were being replaced in all rooms, but I’d recommend remodeling the whole bathroom. I’m used to a higher quality from Marriott, and I’m not sure I’d return before the renovations are complete.
