When we come back from work travel, this is the place that feels welcoming. My boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment right now, and Nikki and Danyelle have been so friendly and accommodating while we deal with that tough stretch. They’re always great to talk to and have helped us each time. The rooms, halls, and outside areas are consistently neat and clean, and I feel safe and comfortable here. If something needs attention, it gets fixed right away. We’ve tried other Extended Stays and Red Roofs, but they just don’t compare. These ladies really know how to make you feel welcome.

The only bright spot was the very friendly front desk clerk. The bathroom was dirty inside and out, with mold around the tub, and there wasn’t even toilet paper. The bed looked like someone had been lying on it, and there was a phone charger plugged in beside it. The pullout sofa had no sheets, and there weren’t any in the room either. When I asked for clean sheets, I was told they didn’t have enough. Even the “clean” blanket they gave us had blood stains. We’d come to town for baseball tournaments and just wanted to relax after a long day at the field. I wish I could get my money back and stay somewhere else. I’d drive the three hours home and back for games before coming here again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, and I wouldn’t have given it even one star if the review form didn’t require it.

Inside, the hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes, and the outside of the building looked run-down, almost abandoned, nothing like the website photo. People were smoking by the side of the building and near the entrance, despite the stated “zero tolerance for smoking near the building.” The room itself had stains across the carpet and desk chair, exposed flooring under the carpet, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and both live and dead roaches. The gas stove looked so old it might be a fire hazard, and the toilet almost never flushed. I raised these problems with staff, but little was addressed. One employee whose name I won’t give offered excuses and said it wasn’t her fault the room was unhygienic because nobody complained, so she couldn’t do anything. I’m especially upset that I paid more than FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for my first week. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, despite the appealing low price and photos. I think this extended stay needs more funding, because other Extended Stays I’ve used have been nothing like it.

Parking was nice, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, though there were a few stains on the bedding and in the bathroom, nothing too drastic. It got pretty loud until 8pm, then quieted down a lot. My girlfriend and I came for a mini vacation, and for the relatively low price, it was worth it. I’d stay again.

The front desk lady was super nice, no complaints about her at all. The third-floor hallway smelled like straight smoke, even though there were no-smoking signs everywhere and I’d been told at check-in that the place was smoke-free. There was random trash in the halls, and the elevator seemed sketchy enough that I stood still while riding it. My room smelled a bit musty at first, but I was exhausted and passed out without worrying about it. I’d fallen asleep on top of the comforter; later that night I got under the sheets and found a few hairs there. I spent the rest of the night on the couch. I guess the stay wasn’t bad. I had a bed, a bathroom, and a TV.
