For a stay of several nights, the price was reasonable, and the room was clean with a good kitchen setup: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and silverware, plus a sink with disposal. The shower pressure was fantastic, even up on the fourth floor. Breakfast was good, especially the round eggs and oatmeal, and the staff were helpful. One of the two treadmills wouldn’t go faster than 1 mph. It was still usable if you’re into a steep incline and walking backward.

Breakfast was included and delicious, with all kinds of choices. They also offered a very reasonable discount for a mid-length stay. The room was spacious with a full kitchen, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I’ve stayed at plenty of high-end resorts where the bed and sheets weren’t nearly as good. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Michelle at the front desk was wonderful. She was juggling the desk and breakfast needs, but still took the time to bring several chamomile tea sachets to our room after I asked for some for when we got back. She could have left them by the hot water and coffee, so I was really grateful for the extra effort. Everyone I met was friendly, kind, and willing to help. Breakfast, though, was a disaster every day. It would help if the person working there anticipated what guests needed. I spent an hour and a half downstairs one day and saw the breakfast employee come out from the back only once. Guests were asking the front desk for coffee, waffle mix, cups for the mix, yogurt, eggs, milk, and more. Michelle was gracious, but she had her own job to do too. I’m still a loyal Hilton customer. Thanks for everything!

We were here for a DPAC symphony performance and to visit extended family. The location was just right, with lots of nearby places to eat. Breakfast was nice, with hot options, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was, after staying at other places where the noise was awful. Sarah helped me print tickets we needed for the area Tiger Rescue tour when she noticed I was having trouble. The other staff were friendly too, always greeting us in the hall or as we came in. Those little things matter to guests. We’ll consider staying here again when we’re in the area.
