The stay itself was fine, though the first night the hot tub was cold. We asked the front desk to turn it up, and she came to help. By Saturday it was warm. The trouble came after checkout. I left important things behind and asked if they could be sent overnight. We checked out Monday, 12/22, and by Saturday, 12/27, I still hadn't received them. I called every day, sometimes twice, and exchanged a couple of calls and emails on checkout day. The GM sent one message saying the hotel had the information and to call back. I did on 12/26, but the woman there had no idea. Still no answers. All I hear is, “I apologize. The office door is closed. I will text the GM now and we will get back to you.” Very poor customer service.

There were plenty of shopping and food options just minutes away, which made the location a big plus. Inside, our room was much larger than expected, super clean, and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with on staff was kind and helpful, and the service made the stay stress-free and enjoyable. We'd happily recommend it.

It was an easy place for our family to stay, and the price was hard to beat. We had plenty of room for three people, plus lots of linen, pillows, and towels. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Getting around was convenient too, right off 35E and Hwy 77, with easy access to Minneapolis, St. Paul, the airport, and Mall of America. My family enjoyed the property and I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had a large suite for about the price of a standard hotel room, with a kitchenette and living room. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean, and the shower hot. Staff were friendly too. Thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely return when we're in the area.

The staff were excellent, and the rooms were clean. Fresh coffee and tea were available, and the pool and hot tub were clean and at good temperatures. The kitchenette dishes were tacky and sticky with visible marks, so I had to wash them before using them. That's no fun, and the glassware was so cloudy we didn't use it. We stayed three nights, and only at check-in were we told the city would shut off the water from 10 or 11 until 5 p.m. on our second full day. They had the city's letter and clearly knew ahead of time, but hadn't notified us. We were lucky to have flexible plans, but having no bathrooms from 11 to 5 is a major event, and I wish they'd warned us.
