Best Western Sunrise Inn

The room itself suited me, and I like that Sunrise Inn is a simple hotel. The continental breakfast was decent, too. My problem was getting a receipt for work after I checked out. Debbie was abrupt when I first called, and although I stayed polite, she seemed annoyed quickly. She said they were working on the computers, and I had to give my email three times. On the third try she cut me off, said she had to go, and started to hang up. I told her no and repeated the last half of my email. She said alright and hung up anyway. I waited two days, called again, got Debbie, explained who I was and asked for the receipt. She said they were still working on the computers. When I explained I needed it for work, she said she would send it if she could. Nothing came. The next day, a pleasant receptionist answered, heard what I needed, and emailed it within two minutes. If the computers are the issue because someone can't use them or just doesn't want to, maybe hotel reception or shift management isn't the right job.
