The hotel was reasonably priced, and when I reported the room issues, the front desk was accommodating. I stayed in the same room since we'd already unpacked and could manage, but next time I'll check everything before unpacking. The tub drained slowly after a shower, the TV had a vertical line though it was still watchable, and there was a big visible gap around the door, so I put the ironing board there while I was in the room. There also wasn't enough handicap parking for all the handicapped vehicles there. I'd book here again.

Isabel helped us with the reservation from the start. She's professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Eagle Pass. The room was nice, the AC worked great, and breakfast was good. But when we walked in, there was a bad wet-carpet smell. The hotel isn't far from the casino. The second floor felt sketchy, and the hot tub needed cleaning. When we went for ice, someone was watching us from the stairway. At night, as we drove onto the property, I also saw women with backpacks looking through windows. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if I'm feeling brave.

The manager and Isabella were great. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and they made the whole visit feel easy. Really attentive service from beginning to end, highly recommend!
