The staff were pleasant, but getting help took ages because nobody was at the desk. You have to ring the Ring doorbell and hope someone comes out. The room had a stale smell and mold, and both the fridge and microwave were dirty. I’d booked a smoking room and didn’t get one. I used to like staying here when it was well kept. There’s a smoke shop nearby if you need incense, but management really needs to clean better.

We spent two nights here, and I wouldn’t stay again. The room smelled awful as soon as we walked in, and I couldn’t tell what the odor was. The floors were dirty, the microwave was grimy and smelled bad, the fridge still had food left by a previous guest, and there was mold on the shower curtain. It didn’t feel like the room had been cleaned before we arrived, beyond the beds being made. Even getting the key took some effort since no one was at the front desk and we had to ring the Ring doorbell for an employee.

We got quick help from the staff both at check-in and later when we needed a few extra amenities. The hotel is tucked away from the highway in a quiet spot, so we had a peaceful evening while passing through. Good value for the price, and I’d recommend it.
