The pillows weren’t for me, so picky sleepers might want to bring their own. Besides that, it was a clean, quiet stay with no hassles, and I’d definitely come back. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked fresh and modern, like you could tell the place was brand new as soon as you walked in. We arrived around 11 PM after a long day, and the front desk was relaxed and welcoming and checked us in quickly. I also liked the smart clock with wireless charging. Handy if you forgot your charger, and a nice little detail.

Alex was gracious at the front desk. This La Quinta opened in October 25, and everything from the construction to the materials feels new. It’s set back from the main roads, so it’s quiet, and the place feels clean and inviting.

Getting to the place was a little confusing, but the price was reasonable and the bed was wonderful. I slept so well, and those comforters are magical, especially in the dark. Breakfast got repetitive: eggs, bacon and hash browns every day. It was just okay, and I’ve had better.

Claudia, the manager, is doing an excellent job. The view of the golf course is amazing, and the breakfast was tasty. With its new facilities and welcoming feel, this is the place to stay in Eagle Pass. Highly recommend, 10/10!
