The place really needs a full remodel, and the staff could use proper customer service training. Eddie, the manager, seemed upset whenever I checked in. I believe Juan from maintenance had no manners and disrespected a guest, and one housekeeper, who I think also works at the front desk, was rude. I saw her yelling at someone who looked like the owner and another woman who was there. The service was below standard. Still, you get what you pay for. This was my worst stay ever.

There were plenty of places to eat nearby, and the room had some of the best lighting I've ever seen. The bed and bathroom were satisfactory, too. The floor, though, wasn't clean. I'm sure I left it cleaner than I found it. I didn't use the pool, and from the way it looked, I probably wouldn't have; hopefully they've taken care of that. Even so, I'd stay here again if I came back to Eagle Pass.

The room was basic, but clean and nice. The staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. I'd stay again.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. The front desk gentleman was especially friendly. When we explained that we were moving, he switched us to a room that made it easier to get to our things. Having an outside entrance helped a lot, too, and the room was super clean. We got delayed searching for our cat after she escaped from our truck, but they didn't charge us for an extra night. Not every place would be that accommodating. Thanks for making our stay a good one!

The rooms were clean, the prices were great, and the staff were amazing. A special shout-out to Mrs Christine. She has such a sweet Southern charm and gave us the best customer service. She's the kind of person who makes you feel at home, so be sure to ask for her. Wonderful stay!
