Stone Inn Motel

Most of the rooms have been remodeled. There’s free ice and plenty of towels, and the rooms are clean and neat. It may not look like the Taj mahal, but I didn’t see bed bugs or creepy crawlies.

It was quiet, we felt safe, and our room was clean. The staff member, who may have been the owner, was polite and helpful. The motel isn’t first class, but it was very economical, and they’re updating the rooms. We were surprised by how good the stay was and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I was there for about a month during a move and had no problems. They checked on me and provided room service every day. The owners are really nice and attentive. They showed me a room they’re remodeling, and it looks like the finished rooms will be awesome. I’ll stay there again when I’m in the area. Stop by and see for yourself.

This was a wacky motel, and I had another unpleasant stay like my previous three visits. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and was given it, but when I called the desk back, I was told the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. There was hair on the shower walls and curtain, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a month. There was no soap. After I got out, I saw hair all over the floor, like someone had just shaved. I was getting eaten up, and when I pulled back the sheets, there were stains and bed bugs all over the bed. There were also so many roaches, it seemed like they were about to take over the motel.
