The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the powdered eggs were warmed properly and we had a dry place to sleep. The rooms smelled musty, and our comforter had a blood stain on it. Gross. The tub was dirty, with a dirty footprint, and wouldn't drain while we showered, so we stood in water. The cleaning crew should have caught that if they'd cleaned the tub. The AC was between the beds by the headboard and quit working in the middle of the night. The bathroom was so small that the mirror was tucked in a corner, making it hard to get ready. The pillows were cheap and offered no support. The beds weren't horrible, but weren't very good either. One bed was against the wall, and the room was too small to fit two beds properly.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My husband, our 3 month old, and I came from Denver for the weekend. We booked through Expedia, and I called the hotel the day before to confirm both the booking and that we'd get a pet friendly room. When we arrived, I showed the front desk my itinerary, but they said there were no rooms and no record of the reservation. I had the confirmation email and showed them my phone log with a six minute call to their number the day before about the pet friendly room. John was working the desk. He stared at the computer silently for 10 minutes and looked like he had no idea what he was doing. After nearly 20 minutes, I asked what was happening, and he said they didn't have a room for us and we should try next door. We went to the Best Western next door, where we had a great experience. They booked us a bigger, nicer room for about the same amount we'd have paid for this s**t hole. Take my advice and don't book here.

The heater kept the room plenty warm, but it was so loud that it made sleeping difficult. The bed was a little uncomfortable, though I've slept on worse. The room itself was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. With everything else considered, I'd definitely stay again.

There was a little aspen grove outside our window, with a nice sunset over rugged hills. The front desk staff were very nice, and the place was clean. We had a comfortable bed and plenty of room for us and our two dogs. The room also had a refrigerator, two burners, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Hot breakfast each morning and good coffee, too.

Anna Marie, the manager, made check-in a really welcoming experience. She was upbeat, competent, knew the property well, and gave me lots of useful tips about the facilities. The room was large, very clean, and full of amenities. The front desk employee was helpful and professional as well. Breakfast was free, excellent, and had plenty of options. Thanks, Anna Marie. I'll recommend this place to friends and colleagues.
