SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton

I stayed about a week, and the room was large, with comfortable beds and a nice TV. The hotel was modern and very clean, the staff were kind, the internet worked well, and there’s a big parking lot with plenty of room for a large vehicle. There were great breakfast options, although I think this is the first hotel breakfast I’ve seen without a waffle or pancake machine. I don’t eat those anyway. My only complaint is that they don’t put trash bags in the room bins. This will be my go-to hotel when I’m in the area again.

The staff were very friendly, and our room was clean, great, and big enough for our stay. The TV didn’t have many channels, but logging into Netflix was easy. There was free breakfast, though it wasn’t very good. That was the only reason I gave four stars instead of five.

The only drawback was the traffic noise in rooms facing the turnpike. There isn’t much to do about that, but a noise app on your phone can cover a lot of it when you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, it was a great visit. The hotel is just off the turnpike, so it’s easy to get to and from. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and breakfast had good options and tasted fresh.

The hotel was very clean, and the common areas were being tidied up all the time. The staff were amazing, with everyone going above and beyond. Cody especially stood out. He was there all three days I stayed and was very personable and accommodating. I’d absolutely stay here again.
