Sonesta Simply Suites St Louis Earth City

I had a small issue with a service in my room, and one staff member wanted to investigate why something had malfunctioned instead of simply saying they’d take care of it. It felt like he was returning the aggravation because I’d bothered him. That aside, the experience was great, and I still wanted to give five stars. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff are awesome and so friendly. I enjoy talking with them almost every day, and they’ve become like family.

We arrived earlier than expected, and the kind, helpful staff let us check in early. The location was great too, less than 20 minutes from everything we had planned. But the carpet in our room stayed wet the whole time, and walking barefoot made my feet feel sticky. The bleach smell was overwhelming and never went away.

Clean rooms, great service, and a nice location. Best of all for me, they let me keep my expensive bike in the room. I’ve stayed at four-star hotels that weren’t as nice as this little two-star. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
