The room was filthy, the front desk was rude, and there was no real breakfast beyond stale mini muffins. The pillowcases were yellow, and when I asked for an iron the desk staff didn't know where one was. Police came to remove other guests, and people seemed to live in the rooms. We also saw drugs being sold in the parking lot outside ours. Stay away. Mike Patel, the "manager," isn't at this location, despite what he claims when you call.

Good value in a convenient spot, and the staff were helpful and nice. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, so I had to sign in again and again. The router is probably old. The toilet could've been cleaner too. From the bathtub, the side view was a real yikes.

The only reason I gave one star is that it's the only way to leave a review. My companion had driven more than 12 hours and arrived ahead of me to check in, but the front desk refused him entry and jumped straight to threatening police. He is a Black man and a Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, and he travels often and checks into hotels around the country without trouble. There wasn't even an attempt to verify the reservation with me, the primary guest, though I'd booked it through the airline employee portal and added him just minutes earlier. A quick call could have cleared things up. Trying to find out what happened made things worse. The staff member on the phone argued, made vague accusations without evidence, and hung up when I asked her to support them. At first she said she was a regular front desk agent. When I asked to speak only with a supervisor or owner, she suddenly said she was the supervisor. She ended the call when I asked for documentation and didn't answer my later calls. The way this unfolded felt discriminatory. My companion was met with suspicion, hostility, and threats instead of basic professionalism or an effort to clarify the booking. Neither of us felt safe or welcome. This was unacceptable conduct, and I'm taking it through the appropriate channels so other guests aren't treated this way. I can't recommend this property.

I wouldn't stay here. The room floor was dirtier than the parking lot, there were fruit flies everywhere, and even the non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. People who looked like drug users hung around out front all night. The staff barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed we were there. It felt unsafe. I'd give it negative two stars if I could.
