Best Western Rutgers University Hotel

The room had what I needed and was up to standard, though nothing fancy. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful. Getting to Starland Ballroom was easy with a short Uber ride, and the hotel is right off the turnpike. That location was convenient, though I could hear some road noise at night. Hooters next door is handy for grabbing dinner before a concert.

For work or a weekend away, this place has what you need for a good price. Just keep in mind it’s not a resort and there’s no pool. I’ve been here almost every week while training for a new career, and my room gets cleaned and the bed made daily. Everything is consistently clean, including the gym. The front desk team is kind and helpful, and James deserves a special mention for always being professional, kind, and helpful. I recently left hospitality management and wish I’d had more employees like him. Breakfast is included, and the staff work hard to put together a great spread each morning.

I had a nice stay at the East Brunswick location. The breakfast setup really stood out because everything was so neat, and the workers seemed proud of what they do. Diamond was especially polite and made sure the food was fresh. The rooms were clean and the staff courteous. Thank you!
