Diamond and Mark are a big improvement over the previous managers. They’re friendly, easy to talk to, and make sure we get what we need. I rent here by the month, and the property is well maintained. They really care about the place. Great job, Diamond and Mark. Keep it up.

I slept really well because the room was comfortable, clean, and actually smelled clean. I had some concerns when I arrived, but manager Diamond reassured me, and her customer service alone made me want to book the room. It wasn’t what I expected when I first pulled up. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to Dublin.

The room was clean, nicely made, and great, but Diamond made the biggest difference for me. As an older person with medical needs, I need some help doing things for myself, and she stayed on top of everything I asked for, even the little things. I haven’t been here in over a year, and this was my best stay at this hotel. Very satisfied, 10 out of 10.

This manager is the best. When something needs fixing, she’s there, and she went above and beyond with a room where someone had damaged the bed. She repaired it so well that you’d never know it had been destroyed. I just love this property and its manager.

Diamond, the general manager at economy hotel, and her team provide the best service. The rooms are good, and I’ll most definitely come back to stay again.
