Allison made us feel welcome right away when she checked us in, bringing complimentary water and snacks. Our room was spotless, smelled nice, and was cool when we walked in. Clean sheets and comfy pillows helped us get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was very clean too, with just the right water pressure. The little fridge and microwave were handy, and the TV had enough channels, though Boomerang was our favorite. I stayed overnight with my kid and was amazed by how good the experience was. Breakfast had lots of choices, and Jackie did a great job making sure everyone was looked after. I’d hoped to check out late so we could enjoy the stay longer, and Nicole at the front desk arranged it without any trouble.

The hotel feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere, but there’s plenty of parking. It seems to host a mix of traveling professionals and a few visiting families. Service was excellent, the staff were helpful and very nice, and breakfast had excellent options. The lobby coffee was surprisingly good.

The hot breakfast was a good way to start the day, and I appreciated that coffee was available 24/7. The rooms had a sensible layout, useful amenities, and so much space they felt like small apartments. The team was friendly and helpful, and the place felt comfortable and safe.

We had a great time during our daughter’s birthday weekend. She really wanted to go swimming, and we also got food delivered, took a short walk in the snow, and watched scary movies until we all fell asleep. The room was super clean, which made it easy to set up for her arrival. I’m the mom who goes in first to disinfect everything, so that really mattered. The staff were AMAZING. The woman who checked us in yesterday afternoon had the perfect front desk energy. The morning crew, especially the breakfast team, went above and beyond to help and made everything easy. I wish I’d thought to get their names so they could be recognized. Thank you all for a great stay!

The room was spacious, and the staff were the highlights of the stay. It seems like a good fit for business travel. Breakfast was basic but solid, and it was nice to have a warm meal included to start the day.
