Extended Stay America Suites Norwalk Stamford

I needed somewhere at the last minute for five nights on a trip, and this worked out perfectly. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was great, and the people were nice. After a storm, the staff even helped clear the ice off my car. Really appreciate it!

We were going through a really hard time while trying to find an apartment, and the staff helped us get through it. They went out of their way to make sure we were okay, and we’re definitely grateful. Management and staff are great, they work together all day to keep the hotel running and meet people’s needs. 💪♥️

The front desk ladies were very nice, but the price for what you get is way too high. Four nights cost us $930, and the rooms are outdated. Pets are allowed, but there’s only a tiny patch of grass for them, and people leave dog mess behind. There were also beer cans scattered around the parking lot. For that amount, we could have stayed at a nicer hotel down the street.

Set high on a hill among beautiful trees, the place feels tucked away from traffic noise, with ivy hanging down around it. Our stay at ESA has been superb. Tiara Thomas manages a caring, friendly staff and goes the extra mile to help guests feel safe and at home. We highly recommend ESA.
