I arrived a day late, but they were still able to accommodate me for one night, which was good. Unfortunately, the room smelled horrible, damp and musty. I left my bag and clothes in the car overnight so they wouldn't absorb the odor. I was very disappointed, but it was too late to look for another option.

The room was grimy, with dusty surfaces and stained linens, and the front desk brushed me off when I reported the bed bugs. I woke up after a restless night covered in bites. That should never be left unaddressed. From check-in onward, the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was obvious. I left feeling disgusted and violated. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The air conditioner wouldn't keep the room warm. We set it to 90, but after a few minutes it started blowing cold air. The sheets had holes, the pillows looked stained or dirty, and I left with bites on my back and arm. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was musty and outdated, and I spent the whole stay itchy and worried about carrying bedbugs home. I found bedbugs on the first night and reported it right away, but the front desk acted like it wasn't a concern. Management offered neither an apology nor compensation. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

The room had some useful extras, including an iron and board, a hair dryer, and, best of all, a handheld shower wand instead of just a fixed showerhead. I slept really well, and for the price it was a good deal. The wiring seemed modern, the parking lot was nicely paved, and the heater and AC units looked new.
