Andy, the manager, was especially welcoming and made sure things went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything working as it should. It was quiet enough to sleep well, and the bed was comfortable. Good value for the price and suited my short stay.

The room we were given was a complete mess, with cockroaches, trash bags everywhere, and no sign it had been cleaned after the previous visit. We couldn’t stay and went straight back to reception to ask for a refund. They said it should arrive in a couple of days, but it never did. I’d give this place zero out of five if I could. Don’t come here. I’ll see what I can do to get our money back. These people are scammers.

Thanks Super 8! I never leave reviews, but this takes the cake for the worst hotel. Bugs in the room, beetles in the lobby, mold everywhere, doors off their hinges, gum on the sheets, and pubes in the shower. The free WiFi was slow. The only bright spot was knowing it couldn’t get worse, and with the lights off, you couldn’t see how awful it was. The whole place gave me an overwhelming feeling of despair, like a horror movie. They should probably condemn it.

I’ve stayed at plenty of excellent Super 8s around the country, but this was ridiculous. I reserved a room for a coworker, and he found roaches in it. The replacement room had roaches too, so he asked for a refund and said he’d stay somewhere else. The desk said they couldn’t refund him and someone from his office would need to call the next day. When I called, the desk guy and manager said there was no record of his reservation or anything about him, and denied the interaction. Only after I mentioned disputing the charge with the card company did they find the reservation. The manager then insisted my coworker was in his room, even though he was actually at a completely different motel. That evening, we were charged another $100 without explanation. We got the money back after filing a card company dispute, but never again. We only got the refund through the card company. This property and Super 8 had nothing to do with it.
