The sheets had stains, long hairs, and other bits on them, and one bed had a questionable stain. The other bed was better. The whole place has this weird 'just cleaned, but never clean' smell, like someone gives the occasional bar fly a spritz of cologne. At the front desk, the woman kept ignoring me while talking to family or friends on the phone. I'd ask something, she'd say 'huh?', and I'd repeat it while she stayed distracted. That was the high point of the service. I really wouldn't stay here. It's not worth it. The window across the street looks much better from the front and actually has a restaurant with better food than anywhere else around here.

The night auditor sent us to their partner Clarion, which was disgusting, after telling us Delta couldn't see the same system they used and had overbooked stranded passengers. Then they asked us to share a room with someone. I don't see how any of that shows the hotel is competent or that management is handling Delta's business with the best intentions. It turned into a horrible experience. At 1 am, we were leaving to pay for a competitor ourselves because the 'partner' Clarion was filthy, with stained sheets and a weed smell. We're apparently not the only passengers leaving. Avoid this hotel and its partners in the area.
Cold cereal is what they call breakfast here. I had to pass my ID through a glass wall to the attendant, a first for me, and the inside felt so dirty that I slept in my uniform, which I'd never done before. There's a lot that needs repairing. I'd cross it off the list unless it's your last option. Even two stars would be generous.
Our vehicle was broken into in the back lot during a two-day vacation, even though it was in camera view 24/7. Staff knew more than a day before we came back to pick it up, but didn't tell us and left us to find out ourselves. Why isn't the person already at the desk for most of their shift watching the camera feed? The place also smells of cheap weed, and the service is bad.
I ended up here after my flight was canceled, and I'd say stay away. Though the room looked clean, the bathroom smelled bad. The flooring was coming unglued, and it looked like something underneath was causing the odor. The service was rude, which made the stay worse. After checkout, there was a strong cannabis smell.
