The front desk woman was really kind and helpful, and the hotel is handy for the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes around the clock, I think, though it may stop between 2 and 4 a.m. We were there for just one quick night after Delta messed everything up, so we didn't get to try the pool or gym. Breakfast officially starts at 6:30, but at 5:45 there were already plenty of pastries, bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and juice for guests. Someone was making biscuits and gravy and sausage too, so it looked like breakfast would have been pretty good if we'd had time. I'd come back in a heartbeat if Delta fumbles things again.

The room felt spacious and the whole hotel was very clean. Staff were amazing, the beds were comfy, and the pillows stayed nice and thick instead of going flat. The shower got hot and had great pressure. They also have Netflix, which is always a plus for me, plus free breakfast and good Wi-Fi. I'd definitely stay again.

The people at the service desk were all friendly, and the beds looked okay. It's an older hotel with really low ceilings, and it wasn't especially clean, though it wasn't the worst either. The fifth-floor hallway smelled like smoke. They didn't even give me water as a Silver Elite or Gold member, haha. I travel a lot, and if I have other Marriott options, I won't come back here.

The elevator's stopping and the noises it made had me nervous. Aside from that, it's a good hotel with a standard breakfast, and I'd have no problem staying here.

I had a good stay, and the room was clean. The hotel itself is nice. Unfortunately, I left $450 in cash in a drawer and only called later to ask about it. I know it's on me for forgetting it, and cash is hard to prove, but the cleaning supervisor said nothing had been found. I have no reason to make this up, and since I live in another country, the situation says a lot to me about the honesty of the cleaning staff. I hope whoever took it sees this, or that it at least reaches the staff.
