Four Points by Sheraton College Park Atlanta Airport

03-18-26. I stay with Marriott almost exclusively because that's where my status and points are. I booked Four Points, College Park, for a late arrival from India and London. It looks very nice, and the free shuttle took me from the airport and back the next morning for my domestic flight. Laquitha at the night desk was pleasant and courteous, and gave me my first complimentary upgrade in about a year. The room had five tables, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The thermostat was easy to set and worked really well, unlike at many hotels I've stayed at. Before this, I'd only gotten an upgrade when using one of my SNA. I'm basing this on the check-in, since the two women working the next morning didn't have the same smiles or welcoming feel. Both shuttle drivers, night and morning, were pleasant and helped with my two large, super-heavy suitcases. I'd stay again.

The check-in went smoothly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and I enjoyed watching the game at the bar. I'd stay again, but I gave it three stars hoping they'll fix the double-charging problem. On the morning I checked out, I was charged for another night. I'm a Marriott member and a travel agent, and this has never happened to me at Marriott before. This really seems like an accounting issue at this location.

The room was huge, and we had a perfect view of the airport. The first-floor restaurant was great too. Crystal recommended it, and my fiancé and I ate both breakfast and dinner there. I got in on an 8 a.m. flight and had already been turned away by two other hotels, one of which had confirmed early check-in. Then I stopped here and met Crystal at the front desk. She made sure I could get into a king room, which was perfect. Check-in took maybe five minutes, and I was in the room by 10:30. She offered bottled water and was honestly one of the kindest people I've ever met. As a property manager and someone who used to work in hospitality, I really appreciate the kind of service that makes you want to come back, and Crystal delivered that. This is a special little spot near the airport, and I highly recommend it.

The room was exceptional, and I'd definitely come back. The receptionist I met was very polite and accommodating while I waited for it to be ready. Cleaning ran late, so she let me stay an extra hour.
