Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga

After our long drive with the kids, we arrived very late, but the front desk got us checked in quickly and easily. The room smelled clean, the bathroom was well kept, and the beds were comfortable. The elevators were handy, and the pool looked really nice and renovated. Breakfast was ready in the morning with good options for our family. We loved how clean everything was, and the service was amazing. It was a great stay.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made my stay enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and everyone I spoke with was professional, kind, and ready to help. They clearly take pride in looking after guests. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place with great hospitality.

The manager was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean, though a fresh coat of paint would help. Good price and location, with local businesses close by.

We only stayed a few hours after getting a nail in our tire, then got back on the road. The place was well lit and felt safe from outside, and the lobby was nice and clean, but the room wasn’t. There was a mothball smell, though at least the AC worked and was nice and cold. The microwave didn’t work and there wasn’t a trash can. We skipped breakfast because it looked completely unappealing. We’d been staying at a different hotel each night on this trip, and this one was pretty bad. Everything else cost more, so you get what you pay for. The elevator only worked on the 1st & 3rd floor. Its doors kept closing on you, even when you tried to hold them open, and you had to forcefully pull them apart to load or unload. I wouldn’t want to stay again or recommend it for a full night, though it was okay for a few hours of safe sleep when we needed it.
