The whole hotel smelled off, and there was no customer service to speak of. My room was cramped, with an AC unit so loud it woke me up. The mattress felt like a bag of springs, honestly, the floor might’ve been better. The carpet must have had color once, but now it’s gray from age. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t pay more than $20 a night, and I’d rather sleep outside.

The AC barely worked, and the carpet was soaked, presumably from it. There was an ice bucket in the room but no cups, and the carpeting was worn down to nothing. They had one little microwave in the common area. I could keep listing things, but it’s easier to say: avoid this hotel.

I expected a lousy place since I was in town for my son’s graduation and the hotels around Syracuse were booked. But nearly $200 a night per room for two rooms was outrageous for what we got. Both rooms smelled of smoke. The bed covers had cigarette holes and stains I won’t describe, and the bed springs had clearly been shot for years. I was glad to be dressed and out by 5 a.m. There wasn’t an extra pillow or blanket anywhere, and the receptionist said the hotel was full. The soap bars were tiny, there was one shampoo, no plastic cups to rinse with, and no hair dryer. I’m never going back. Buyer beware. The lobby reeked of weed and smoke, and the room was the worst motel room I’ve ever had. They claimed the hotel was being renovated, but I saw no workers, ladders, paint, or any of the usual signs. Owners, you need to shut this dump and renovate it before I call the hotel motel association about this nasty business. Having read the other reviews, I now think you’ve been running a racket for a long time. If I could give less than one star, I would.

The room was dirty in general, and there was blood splattered on the wall. When I reported it, they asked when I was checking out and said housekeeping would come clean it. Nobody from housekeeping ever came to my room.
