Extended Stay America Suites Syracuse Dewitt

I’ve been here over a month, paying full price, and nobody has helped me find a better rate. I’ve asked several times and keep being told to do it through the website. The place seems poorly staffed or managed and doesn’t take care of guests. It’s dirty and smelly, and issues I reported weren’t fixed despite staff saying they would be. There’s also been no coffee bar for weeks. See what I wrote under rooms, too.

I’ve been staying here for business for three weeks and have no complaints. My room has several upgrades that make it more comfortable, and the staff are pleasant and helpful when needed. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in the area.

The room had no towels, and I only realized after I was already in the shower. The light above the TV was flickering, too. Before that, I waited nearly five minutes in the lobby for the front desk worker, who smelled strongly of weed.

At Extended Stay America east Syracuse, my room was absolutely disgusting. The manager did bring clean bedding after I found a big yellow stain on the sheet, but at 8 at night it was hard to switch hotels. The bathroom floor was covered in dirt, which I had to clean myself, and the shower was full of hair. The mattress was soaked and stained with urine, and the pillows had yellow stains all over them. Would you sleep on that mattress? The staff were very nice, though.
