After my surgery, the blond front desk lady was genuinely kind and went out of her way to help. She brought me extra towels, bags, and anything else I needed. I'm really grateful for her help. The rooms were good, and there was plenty of good food nearby. Hyvee was a great grocery store, and Texas Roadhouse portions are big enough to leave you with leftovers. I had a great stay for a great price. The only reason I took a star off was that it's so humid here the carpet feels constantly wet. I'm from the dry Nevada desert, so that may be why it stood out to me.

The rooms were all amazing, super clean, and the staff were very friendly. Most of all, general manager Rebecca goes above and beyond for guests. She's an amazing host and will take care of you. Baymont was B-A-Y-utiful. Have a great one. Love, Brian.

The cleaning staff are awesome, and Mike deserves a special mention. He's helped me personally in a couple of different ways and was happy to do it. Very proper and hospitable. If you ask me, he deserves a raise and a bonus. Everyone here is kind and helpful with whatever you might need. I couldn't recommend a finer place to stay in the area.

Very convenient location in a safe area. The staff were great, the rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast good. I'd gladly stay here again.

We were traveling from Minnesota to Milwaukee and had to stop for the night because of the snow advisory. Baymont in Eau Claire worked perfectly for our family of 16. The staff were especially helpful, the hotel facilities were just right for us, the rooms were super clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast was good. I highly recommend it.
