Stayable Lakeland

The rooms are what you pay for, a roof over your head and a warm bed, and the prices are great. I recently signed a lease here, and Erika, the agent who helped me, was absolutely fabulous. I'm new to renting, and she answered every question I had and then some. Everyone should check this place out!

Bea's attentiveness and warm manner made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff were always ready to help with a smile, and the customer service really stood out. My room was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and inviting. It was a delightful, memorable stay that exceeded my expectations.

I lived here for close to six months and enjoyed my stay. The low monthly price let me save money while I got reestablished. Laundry on site was convenient, and my needs were always addressed. The monthly pest control was helpful, and having a gas station next door and lots of major stores nearby was handy.

The pool is lovely, the property is clean, and so far this has been a peaceful place to stay. I feel safe here, and my standard room has left me highly satisfied. On a lease, you can handle any small cleaning issues yourself, which you should do anyway. It's an affordable option in a convenient location, and I would recommend it. I was worried after reading the reviews only after signing my lease, but this place has actually been great. It's an extended-stay community with people living their own lives, and a few mingle, which is just part of life. I enjoy hearing the kids laugh and play on weekends. I'm grateful for the staff and for how things have gone. Thanks, Erika, for getting me in here. I'm optimistic about the rest of my stay.
