We only lasted less than two hours in the room, but they're keeping the payment for all three nights. We needed somewhere to stay after Hurricane Milton left us without power or water at home, so we reserved a room around 12:30 on October 11. They said check-in wasn't until after 3, which was fine. We eventually checked in at about 6:30, and the room was supposed to be nonsmoking. It reeked of cigarettes, and there was an ashtray in the room. There was also a horrible mold and mildew smell. The bed covers looked dirty or badly stained, and the pillows looked about ten years old. The shower water didn't work. Dirt and food were all over the carpets and floors, and the toilet was dirty with other people's hair on it. There weren't even smoke detectors. The rooms were filthy, and I had two full asthma attacks and couldn't breathe, so we checked out. They had no other room to move us to. The front desk employee was rude. I was told to call Monday about maybe getting a refund, but there was no one available to discuss it when I called. I emailed them and got no response. They apparently won't refund us. I'll be filing with my bank, the BBB, and the health department.

Every nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. I had to use the last of my money to buy odor ban so my family could sleep that night. They need to clean better and make sure nonsmoking rooms are kept for nonsmoking guests.

The room smelled bad, and the sheets had holes. After lying down for about an hour, I started itching and got redness all over. When I switched on the lights, I saw bedbugs 🐞. I grabbed my things and went straight to the manager, but I still haven't gotten my money back.

The shower water seemed mixed with sewage, and roaches were crawling around the bed. I got sick in that dirty room. The front desk woman was very rude. She refused when I asked for fresh bedding, and when I asked for a TV remote, she told me to change channels by hand. The rooms were filthy and smelled awful. This place is junk. Don't stay here, even if the night is free. I wish I could give it minus five stars. 🛑 STOP 🛑 STOP 🛑 STOP

Housekeeping comes to the door every day and is on time, and the beds and linens are always clean. The front desk is understanding whenever you need something or need a room. It's cheap, the rooms have been refurbished nicely, and they're kept clean. I'd recommend it to anyone.
