The Edenton Collection-Captain's Quarters Inn

The location made it easy to walk to the waterfront and quaint shops. This is a terrific Bed and Breakfast, with clean, welcoming rooms and staff who were so helpful and nice. The service and attention to detail are hard to match, and the gourmet breakfasts were outstanding.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and very accommodating with my gluten free allergy. We absolutely loved this charming B&B, close to town, with an amazing team. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Gigi and Noah were so friendly, and breakfast was delicious every morning. When I stayed at the Captain's Quarters Inn in August, I loved the quiet, comfortable room and the wonderful porch to sit on. It was a perfect visit, and I’ll definitely return someday.

The breakfast was very basic compared with other Bed and Breakfast’s we’ve visited in the area, where the presentation was part of the experience. We had microwaved pancakes with berries and yogurt, plus scrambled eggs the first morning. On the second, we chose to eat in town. We were also disappointed that coffee and breakfast were in the house beside the Inn, so we had to go outside to get them. Cold or bad weather would have made that worse. There was a small fridge in the common area of our Inn, but it was never stocked. The Captain’s Quarters Inn is a beautiful property, and the location is great, within walking distance of downtown Edenton.
