The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for my husband, our yellow lab, and me. I had mixed up my original room booking, but the staff helped me get another room for that night. We'd stay here again.

The staff are the reason we keep coming back. They're knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and accommodating, with plenty more good things to say about them. The rooms are easily the best in the area, and the hotel is clean and well priced. This is our regular place whenever we're in town, and we'll keep returning.

Noon checkout was a welcome perk, and breakfast ran until 10. The hotel is easy to reach from the freeway, with restaurants nearby. I had a very good stay and will make this my go-to when I return to Pocatello. Thank you, Joseph! I arrived early after booking online and was allowed into my room. The front desk attendant chose a great spot for me on the ground floor by the door. My extra blanket and towels were delivered before I even got to the room. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a bathtub in the room and a clock, both big bonuses for me.

We stopped for one night on a road trip and would stay again if we pass through. The room was large, and the service was great. We used the heated pool and hot tub, and did laundry in the hotel's laundry room. There's also a small shop with snacks, ice cream, drinks, detergent, and dryer sheets. Breakfast was good, with waffles, coffee, bacon, sausage, yogurt, and other options.

The beds are really firm, if that's what you like. Our room was roomy and clean, and the jetted tub was amazing.
