Ms. Rodriguez, the Manager, has made me choose this hotel over others because she’s so focused on customer service and extremely helpful. She’s welcoming and really wants guests to have the best stay possible. My check-ins and checkouts are smooth and fast. My company has some unusual procedures, and she makes sure I get what I need to keep the whole travel process painless. I appreciate that a lot.

The pool was lovely for a quick dip, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and really well located, with easy highway access. Parking took a bit during rush hour, but otherwise the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was a solid choice too, though they could offer a slightly larger portion for the price.

The manager agreed to honor our cancellation after the NFL playing schedule changed, even though Fiago travel hadn’t canceled our second night before the cancellation window closed. Next time I’d book directly.

The room was spacious and quiet, a welcome relief after a long day. I arrived early after flying from New Jersey, exhausted, with reports still to file, and Susan really saved the day. We usually stay at other hotels in the area for work, but our company found a gem this time. Thanks for all your help. We’ll be back.

Susan at the front desk made my check-in enjoyable with her friendly, attentive, patient manner and good sense of humor. She also arranged an early check-in without hesitation, which made my travel day much easier. Her service went above and beyond.
