The Lightkeepers Inn

We stayed in the cottage and had plenty of space, with everything we needed. The patio door at the back opens onto a nice deck and grassy courtyard. Edgartown was an easy five-minute walk for morning coffee, shopping, and dining. Fantastic location.

The innkeeper was polite, laid back, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering. Our family of four felt right at home, and the rooms had absolutely everything we needed. The photos don’t do the place justice; it’s so cute and comfortable. The location was unreal, just a 30-second walk to Main Street and the water. After two weeks around Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard, with stays at several hotels and cottages, this was by far the best. We came home raving about it to family and customers, and we’ll stay here again on our next island trip. Thanks for a truly memorable family stay.

We brought our anniversary dinner back to the room and ate there, which made for a really memorable evening. The kitchenette and room were so nice. Everything was well appointed, thoughtfully themed, and extremely comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer, but feel lucky we got the chance.

We got together in our room before Christmas dinner, all eight of us, and relaxed over cheese, crackers, and great deli meats. It was a perfect setting for our family Christmas gathering. This place feels like home and suits us so well, with great access to town. It was a great find, and I’ll stay here again when I visit my brother.
