Best Western Raintree Inn

Every staff member we met was cheerful, helpful, and attentive. The hotel itself is older, but it’s clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. For a two-star place, it presents so nicely that it could give a three-star property a run for its money. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re passing through or visiting the area.

There’s plenty of diesel parking, even for 3 ways, which matters to us since my husband drives a truck. I also liked that some rooms are inside and some are outside, since I’m allergic to smoke and my husband smokes. Breakfast is available, but only until 9 am. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I could walk barefoot without my feet turning black. I loved the room. The carpet did seem dirty and could use a deep clean every so often, though. The AC kept waking me up because it wasn’t working right, and the shower curtain rod needed tightening so the curtain would stay open. I reported that the next morning. There’s no tea or coffee pot in the room, which I missed. I’m sure they were glad we stayed here.

The room was quiet despite the highway being right there. I also appreciated that it didn’t have a strong cleaning smell, and the mattress was in very good shape. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ll make sure to stop at this Motel again on my way back to Colorado. A big thank you to the front desk gentleman and the owner for taking such good care of the hotel and room.

We paid $80 after the veteran's discount, and it’s hard to find a nice room just for sleeping and showering for $70-80, sometimes even $100. This was a good one. Breakfast was really decent, with sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and the usual continental items. The PM clerk was very nice. She’s been there for years and takes pride in her job. We stayed in room 214 in May 2026. It’s an older motel, but updated, and the inside looks better than the outside. Our room was modern and in good shape. The only blemish was around the tub faucet, though I have trouble keeping bath tile clean too. The beds were firmer than usual. I didn’t mind, but my wife kind of did. The highway hum was audible, but the AC fan drowned much of it out. There’s a restaurant and bar attached, but we didn’t use it. Good motel for a lower rate, and not easy to find!
