The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a microwave and fridge. It's basic but affordable and functional, and I plan to stay again when I'm nearby. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were friendly. They require a $50 security deposit at check-in, meant to come back 3-5 business days after checkout; mine was credited the same day without any trouble. I would've liked the shower a few degrees warmer.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff gave some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. There were issues with everyone's keys because of a new system, but the staff stayed professional and friendly through it. I wish the TVs were more up to date and had smart features, though they were still okay. I'd recommend staying here to family and friends.

This was the most uncomfortable hotel stay I've had, and the walls were paper thin. At checkout, one employee never officially checked me out, and I was charged for two deposits by an older woman at the front desk. When I called calmly to sort it out, she was condescending and rude. I politely asked her not to speak to me like a child, and she accused me of doing that to her before hanging up. When I went in person, she said she wouldn't speak to me and threatened to call the police. I reported everything to a manager, who said my card was charged twice because I was “high.” If I was high, why would they check in someone under the influence of drugs? Mistakes happen, but being rude, hanging up, threatening police, and claiming I was under the influence because I pointed out a small error was unacceptable.

For $85, we got a clean, pleasant room that felt like home for the night. It came with a huge shower, a large fridge and microwave, a kitchen sink, and a table for two. Lots of nice features for such a low price, and it was CLEAN!
