We didn't stay, but they charged me $120.00, and I'm disputing it. We were told the towels were being washed, so there were none. The table hadn't been cleared from the previous party, and the chair was so dirty it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned all year. I sat there disgusted, searched for nearby motels, then called the front desk to say I couldn't stay. There were dead flies, live ants on the jacuzzi and dead insects in the bathroom. Calling this place a dump would be too generous. It's outdated, broken down and filthy. Don't trust the room pictures. If you're hoping for romance, you'll leave without it on your mind.

We'd stayed here about a year ago and had a great time, so my husband and I thought we'd come back for a little getaway. This time was a nightmare. At first, the woman couldn't find our reservation. Then she gave us a key and told us to check the room and come back if we didn't like it. That felt sketchy, and the room was a disaster, with holes in the wall and a disgusting mildew smell. She then gave us the mermaid room. It smelled like weed, the sheets were dirty, the hot tub was only boiling hot water, the bathroom had no light, and there were no towels. The people working there looked like junkies. We'll never come back.

This place was a complete dump, and it wasn't worth what we paid. When we arrived, none of the rooms opened with the key card. The first room where the AC worked was dirty, so after three rooms we got the last one. Its rugs had been vacuumed, the floors had been swept, but the sheets hadn't been cleaned. My feet were black just from walking around in the room. My friend and I had only wanted a good night. When we came back from the store, we saw mold and stains on the wall. There were drool stains on the pillows, holes in the sheets, and what looked like pee and period blood on the bed cover. A place like this should cost $30 a night, if that. I'm so upset.

I'd stayed at the one in Bensalem, PA before, and it was super clean, so my boyfriend and I decided to try this one. This was a different story. There were cigarette ashes in the sink and hair all over the bathroom. We had to go out and buy new sheets because these were unacceptable and didn't even look clean. I called to complain, but they had no other rooms and said housekeeping would come the next day. They never showed up. This is one of the trashiest hotels ever. The outside and hallways look like something from a scary movie.
