The rooms were filthy, and we had neither heat nor hot water. This place needs to be shut down. Someone should contact the New Jersey Department of Inspections.

The staff were really kind and helpful. One woman even offered to carry my things, though I could tell she'd worked hard all day and was older, so I didn't let her. My room had just been remodeled, and I was the first person to stay in it afterward. I barely needed to clean, which made me happy since I usually bleach everything. If you're nearby and want a clean room at a reasonable price, I'd recommend this place.
It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were great. My favorite part was how well the high-speed Wi-Fi worked in the beautiful newly renovated room. There's a bus stop right outside, plus a gas station and mini market within walking distance. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby preserve, with a lovely spot to sit by the water.
I wouldn't recommend staying here. The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, despite claims that it's high speed. I was placed here through emergency assistance, and staff harassed me every day. They went into my room and took things, too. Don't stay unless you're okay with being harassed and having your belongings stolen.
I heard they may be out of business now. The building flooded several times, with water getting into the motel rooms, and staff could be rude. I also saw someone smear poop outside another person's room. Economy inn in Pleasantville NJ and west Atlantic city aren't worth anyone's money or hotel voucher. Please don't stay there.
