Room 226 had a nice, clean room with a fridge and microwave, but the TV signal kept cutting out, even after someone came to fix it. Yisinia, the maid, was super friendly and kind, and always went above and beyond. The place was OK, but the breakfast wasn’t a free hot breakfast. There were boiled eggs, pastries, toast, two kinds of cereal with milk, hot tea, and coffee. I was hoping for eggs and sausage, so if breakfast matters to you, I’d call to ask exactly what they serve before booking.

Dulce on the night shift made my stay smooth and enjoyable. She was sweet, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed and helped me get a wonderful room. You can tell she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find that kind of positive energy and dedication late at night. Thank you, Dulce, you made the experience a great one.

We got cereal and toast for breakfast, which was already disappointing. Then the room had a funky smell, dirty blankets when we checked in, and towels with blood stains. The replacements had brown stains too. The front desk staff didn’t seem welcoming or friendly, and every request felt like a bother. Guests shouldn’t feel unwelcome as soon as they arrive. I was really disappointed. This place needs serious improvement in cleanliness and customer service.

The refund dispute is settled: I challenged the charges, spoke with the corporate office, and got back the $150 security deposit they tried to keep, along with a refund for the day they charged me for even though I never stayed. I spent one night there, then booked another night online from my room because I was very sick in bed. Staff kept calling the room and shouting that I had to come right down and sign again, even though I’d already paid. I said I was sick but would come shortly, then hung up. They kept calling with demands about when I could hang up and end the call. When I wasn’t downstairs within their five-minute window, they threatened to call the police. I told them to go ahead since I’d paid. Someone from a higher office then called and said I could leave and they would cancel and refund me, but they lied. They also claimed I damaged the room, even though I was really sick in bed. The staff were the rudest I’ve encountered. This is a fraud.
