Relax Inn And Suites

There are cockroaches here, and the employees are very rude. Avoid staying if you can. I definitely don't recommend it.

The cashier claimed my card had been declined and then asked me to pay cash. My card has worked fine before and since. They were dismissive and didn't help, and the whole thing felt fishy, almost like a scam. Seeing the other reviews afterward made me glad I didn't stay. I'd recently had much nicer rooms and friendlier service for the same price.

Stay far away. Bugs showed up in the middle of the night, the staff were unfriendly, and the property overall is a dump. I'm very disappointed.

I checked out after just one day and asked to speak with the manager, but was told they wouldn't be available for three days. When I asked whether anything could be done about the problems in my room, I was told no. The room had cockroaches, uncomfortable beds, worn bedding with holes, and hard pillows that hurt my neck. Someone else's hair was on the pillows. Online it promised two queen beds, but the room had two full-size ones. Dust was everywhere and came back after we wiped it with baby wipes; beneath the bed was filthy. The curtains had holes, the fridge was dirty, smelly, and rusty underneath, and the furniture was stained, torn, and falling apart. Hot water kept running out, and homeless people were wandering around the property. Google listed free breakfast, but there wasn't any in the morning, so I told the hotel it should remove that listing. Worst hotel stay I've had. Do not stay here.
