After driving for 10 hours, I arrived late and had to pay more than $600 between the original reservation and a new booking just to get a few hours of sleep in a worn-down room that didn’t feel worth the price. The front desk agent said my booking had been marked as a no-show, even though I’d called ahead and the booking representative had assured me that wouldn’t happen. He was rude, argued with me, and kept saying he couldn’t help. Eventually he offered to “make an exception,” as he put it, but only if I paid the full price again. There was no refund or real accommodation, and no one took responsibility. After a long drive, that lack of basic empathy and customer service was incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and everything felt clean. The neighborhood seemed safe and tidy too. I’d definitely stay here again.

After a 12-hour drive from Dallas with our three kids, we found out our reservation had been canceled. I’m a rewards member and have been loyal to Holiday inn, so this was deeply disappointing. The employee was rude, and the conversation got heated. I even offered to pay again as a walk-in, but he refused to help and just kept repeating, “Check in is at 3, goodbye,” no matter what I said. I’ve never felt so disrespected, especially when we had no safe place to go after that drive. Reservation support told us to go back and try again, but by then the man had locked the door and wouldn’t let us in. We won’t support Holiday inn anymore. I plan to boycott and discourage customers from staying there unless the business can show that this employee has resigned. As a business owner, I wouldn’t let this happen at my own place.

We make a point of staying here whenever we travel to or from Texas, and it’s always a pleasant stop. Rudy's BBQ is right next door, too.

We came to ElPaso because of a family medical emergency and got in at 2:08am, missing our reservation check-in by eight minutes. We were charged for the two-day booking even though we stayed four nights, which cost us $400. Management was rude and wouldn’t help with a refund. I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
