The bed was really comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. But there’s no privacy in the room unless you're okay with your spouse seeing you on the toilet. The bathroom is completely open to the room, so I shouldn't be able to make eye contact with someone while sitting there. I also couldn't connect my phone to the TV.

We booked on a whim after drinking because we wanted a quiet night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was good. With a busy street out front and lots of bars nearby, I was surprised by how relatively quiet the room was. The price seemed about right for the room, design, and amenities. The bar onsite had good drinks, and there's also a restaurant, spa, and speakeasy. Valet parking is available if you want it.

The mattress and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and we had a great room. Service was remarkable, friendly, quick, and efficient. We enjoyed the quick breakfast we could order, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Bini also followed up by email to answer a question we had. I highly recommend staying here.

Stanton House is a 10/10 if you need a nice place to stay in ELP. The location makes it easy to drive in and out despite being downtown, and there are lots of restaurants, nightlife, and shops nearby. Prices are more than fair, the rooms are beautiful and modern, and service is fantastic every time I stay. Brandon and Alejandro at the front desk are especially wonderful. They've helped me with everything from switching rooms to meal service, always promptly and respectfully. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at across the US, and arguably the best in ELP.

After traveling over eight hours, I checked in hoping to rest, but the bar downstairs was extremely loud. It was 5 pm, and calling the front desk didn't help. They said the noise usually dies down after 11 pm. If I hadn't paid so much, I would have left. The staff don't seem to care, and this place isn't somewhere to get a good night's sleep or really relax. Don't stay here if you want a drink and a restful night. Also, there was no regular iron, just a steam iron with nowhere to use it unless you steam the bed too. Not a fan.
