Studio 6 Extended Stay El Paso East TX

The kitchen, bed, and bathroom were clean during the week we stayed, and the stay itself was okay. But after driving back to Arizona, we realized my dad had lost his social security card, and I’ve been trying to find out if it’s in lost & found. In the last 30 minutes alone I called 21 times. The phone directory is awful: pressing 3 often does nothing and sends you back through the loop. When I finally reached someone, she could barely hear me even though I had full service, then we got disconnected. Most calls go to voicemail or aren’t answered. I just want to know whether they found the card.

We booked two nights in advance so we could stay after the BTS show on Sunday and head back Monday. When we arrived on our reserved date, the staff said the reservation had been cancelled along with all the others, and there were no rooms. They gave no reason and offered no help. We were left scrambling for somewhere to stay and had to pay 500 dls for other accommodation. If you're counting on an advance booking for an event in El Paso txs, don't assume the room will be there. HORRIBLE SERVICE, they didn't offer any help.

The night was quiet and comfortable, and check-in service was great. In the morning there was nobody at the front desk when I needed help because my room had no shower curtain. It’s been a week, and I still haven’t gotten my $100 deposit back.

I like staying here. The staff are friendly, and it’s easy to get to the loop. There are several places to eat nearby, plus a Wal-Mart close as week. The hotel is going through new ownership right now, and I hope they keep things the same.
