Regency Inn

There were bedbugs, and the owner's attitude at check-in made me afraid to even ask for my money back. If you want to get overcharged and spend the night killing bedbugs, this is the place, SMH.

The front desk girl was friendly, and check-in was quick. They have coffee in the morning, and I liked the clean room. There's a fridge and microwave, cable channels on the TV, and the tub and toilet looked new. I drive a truck, so the parking worked well. Even semis can fit in the lot next door. It's right off the expressway. No complaints from me, and I'll probably come back.

We were in the room for maybe three seconds after looking at it, then left and asked for a refund. They were rude and told us, "Either you take the room tonight or you don't get nothing." I've never made a hotel review before because places have usually been nice about refunds, but this place was seriously disrespectful. The rooms were gross and nowhere near worth $74, maybe $50. I definitely don't recommend it. For about the same price, maybe a few dollars more, Days Inn is right next door, with much cleaner rooms and nicer staff.

The staff are nice and helpful, except for one rude man who doesn't listen when you ask for something and won't try to fix anything. He has no customer service skills. The tub won't drain, there are holes in the towels, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. The AC also won't cool the room to the set temperature. If you don't have to deal with that man, it's okay for a night or two, considering the price.
