The stay was really comfortable. I usually pack my own tissues, but forgot them this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom toilet paper: it was thick enough not to fall apart or stick to me. That might seem small, but it’s one of my pet peeves, so I appreciated the care they took with it.

Alex at the front desk kept watch for me and was genuinely glad when I made it in. I’d broken down on the interstate and had told the hotel I’d be arriving on foot. It was below zero, with a snowstorm and 35 mph winds, so that meant a lot. They looked after me well, and the room was clean, warm, and comfortable. I’d happily stay here again if I needed to. Thank you!

The staff were super friendly, and we really appreciated how welcoming they were to pets. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic, including a workout room, a scale, and free laundry. We couldn’t get extra towels because the ones available were in the wash. Our room was also right by the outdoor patio. I understand people can be loud on a Saturday night, but we had an early flight the next day and hoped things would quiet down after 10 p.m.

The staff were always helpful and friendly, and getting around from the hotel was easy, with the freeway, local attractions, and restaurants nearby. My room was clean and had a gas stove, fridge, microwave, and TV. I had a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. They called us a couple of times before we arrived because there was an issue with the accessible room we’d booked. They moved us to a better room at no extra charge. Wheelchair access was pretty good, too. There’s no breakfast, but having a kitchen and full-size fridge is useful. Candlewood Suites are good value.
